### Terms of Service for Genify.pro Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms," "TOS") carefully before using Genify.pro ("us," "we," or "our"). By accessing or using Genify.pro, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services. 1. ### Use of Service 1.1 ### User Accounts If you create an account on Genify.pro, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at support@genify.pro if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. 1.2 ### Age Restriction Genify.pro is intended for users who are at least 16 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16. 1.3 ### User Conduct You agree not to use Genify.pro for any unlawful, harmful, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable purposes. You are solely responsible for any content or data you generate or upload using our platform. 1.4 ### Prohibited Activities You agree not to engage in the following: Violating any applicable local, national, or international laws. Impersonating any person, company, or entity. Using bots, crawlers, or scraping tools to interact with or extract data from Genify.pro. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to breach the security of our systems. Sharing account credentials or granting access to third parties. 2. ### Subscription and Payment Genify.pro is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing, based on your selected plan (monthly or yearly). All prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. 2.1 ### No Refunds As outlined in our Refund Policy, due to the nature of our digital services, we do not offer refunds after access has been granted and service has started. You agree to waive your right to withdraw under EU law by beginning immediate use of the service. 2.2 ### Cancelation You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your billing cycle, after which it will not renew. You are responsible for canceling before your renewal date to avoid additional charges. 3. ### Intellectual Property 3.1 ### Ownership All content, branding, tools, templates, code, and technology available on Genify.pro are the property of Asociatia NEUMA PLUS or its licensors and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. 3.2 ### User License You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use Genify.pro solely for lawful personal or business use. You may not redistribute, copy, resell, or modify our services without our written permission. 4. ### Generated Content You retain rights to the content you generate using Genify.pro. However, you are solely responsible for ensuring that the content: Does not infringe on any intellectual property rights; Is not used for unethical, illegal, or harmful purposes; Is reviewed by a human before being published or distributed, especially if used for public or commercial use. We do not claim ownership of your output, but we may store and analyze anonymized usage data for service improvement. 5. ### Limitation of Liability 5.1 ### No Warranty Genify.pro is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding its availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. 5.2 ### Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Asociatia NEUMA PLUS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use or inability to use our service. 6. ### Modifications to Terms We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted at https://www.genify.pro/terms. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. 7. ### Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Genify.pro without notice if you violate these Terms, abuse our platform, or act in a manner that harms the service or its users. 8. ### Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law principles.
