1. ### Nature of Our Services
Genify.pro offers subscription-based access to digital AI tools and services. These services are delivered online and become accessible immediately upon payment confirmation.
Because our products are digital in nature, they are considered non-returnable and non-tangible, which makes standard refund practices (as with physical goods) inapplicable in most cases.
2. ### Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Customers)
Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU and Romanian Government Ordinance no. 34/2014), consumers generally have the right to withdraw from online purchases within 14 days. However, this right does not apply to digital services that:
Are fully performed or accessed immediately after purchase, and

3. ### No Refunds Policy
By subscribing to Genify.pro, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
All payments are final and non-refundable once access to the platform is granted.
No partial refunds will be issued for unused time, downgrades, or early cancellations of monthly or yearly plans.
If you cancel your subscription, it will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
4. ### Exceptions and Error Handling
We may issue refunds under the following limited circumstances, at our sole discretion:
You were incorrectly charged multiple times due to a technical error.
You were billed after properly canceling your subscription before the renewal date.
You were charged fraudulently or your account was compromised.

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting our support team to resolve the issue may result in immediate termination of your account, permanent ban from the platform, and legal action if the chargeback is determined to be fraudulent or abusive.
